Oplens (brand own by SiChuan JUKA Optical Technology) is located in the city of Chengdu, China, which enjoys the reputation of the world optical processing center. Oplens has been committed to providing customers with high-precision optical system solutions over 17 years, covering the complete manufacturing process from the design, processing and assembly of various optical components and mechanics. It occupies 10,000 square meters of modernized facilities with hundreds of equipments and instruments. Company History
JUKA Optical was born in the process of restructuring of the Processing Department of the Institute of Optics and Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
2006
YEAR
In 2006, Chengdu JUKA Optical Component Manufacture was established.
2009
YEAR
In 2009, the spherical production line was launched and put into production.
2011
YEAR
In 2011, ZYGO interferometer was installed.
2012
YEAR
In 2012, VECCO interferometer was installed.
2013
YEAR
In 2013, Optorun coating chamber was installed.
In 2013, the company was expanded to OPLENS Optical Technology Co., Ltd..
2018
YEAR
In 2018, the reflective eccentric test instrument was installed.
In 2018, the construction of the new factory site in Dujiangyan started.
In 2018, the optical brand Oplens was created.
2019

In 2019, the company was relocated at the current owned factory site and developed into SiChuan JUKA Optical Technology.
2020

In 2020, the aspherical production line was launched and put into production.

Besides the basic processing equipments for optical components, such as the raw material cutting machines, milling machines, fine grinders, polishers, etc., Oplens uses the single point diamond turning machine (SPDT) for highly accurate optical lenses with nanometer scale surface accuracy and dimensional accuracy.
Oplens equipped Precitech SPDT with Taylor Hobson PGI 3D profilometer. The results of the profilometer measurement system can be directly put into the diamond machine to provide positive compensation values for the machining of aspheric components. At the same time, curvature, surface flatness, roughness and other indicators can be quantified effectively and accurately.
