Optical Mechanics
Oplens can meet all your needs. You are welcome to contact us for customized optical mountings!
Optical mechanics are sets of basic and very important parts of optical products. Oplens can process various housings as per the drawings.
Oplens has been consistently providing a great amount of optical mechanics to our oversea customers over the past 16 years. We can process various sleeves as per the drawings.
An excellent optical system not only requires precise optical lenses, but also a rich combination of opto-mechanical components with good quality. We can process various frames as per the drawings.

Optical Components
Plano-convex lens is an optical lens in which one side of the lens is flat and the other side is convex.
A plano-concave lens is a lens that has a flat surface on one side and a concave surface on the other side.
A biconvex lens means that both surfaces of the lens are convex. Its focal length is positive and mainly for the function of focusing.
The biconcave lens, also named double concave lens, is usually made of flint glass and used for beam divergence.
Meniscus lens is also called miniscus lens. A meniscus lens is a lens with two spherical surfaces, convex on one side and concave on the other. We supply positive meniscus len and negative meniscus lens.
An achromatic lens is a lens designed to minimize chromatic aberration and spherical aberration.
The surface profiles of aspheric lenses are not a portion of a sphere or cylinder. Their curvature radius varies with the central axis.
Oplens manufactures ultraviolet (UV) lens covering the wavelength of 350~410nm.
Oplens manufactures infrared (IR) lens within the wavelength of 4~12μm. Our IR products can be applied to Thermal imaging, night vision, surveillance, life sciences and other fields.
Visible lens functions within the wavelength of 400~700nm. The diameter of visible lenses produced by most optical lens manufactures are from 10 to 100mm.
Right angle prisms are used to deflect a beam of light through 90 or 180 degrees.
A dove prism is a kind of image rotator. The image is inverted 180° after the light passes through the prism.
A rhombic prism is used to display a beam laterally without changing it is direction. It can be coated to transmit part of the beam and produces two parallel and displaced emerging beams. It also can be coated to produce a polarizing beam separator. Dimension and coating are available by custom orders.
Penta prism has five sides, four of them polished. Two reflective sides are coated with metal or dielectric HR coating and these two sides can be blackened.
An optical window is applied to isolate different physical environments while allowing light to pass.
A wedge is an optical element having plane-inclined surfaces. Usually the faces are inclined toward one another at very small angles. The wedge diverts light toward its thicker portion.
A mirror is an optical element that works by using the law of reflection. Reflectors can be divided into plane reflector, spherical reflector and aspheric reflector according to their shapes.
Cylindrical lens is used to correct astigmatism in the optical system, and, in rangefinders, to produce astigmatism, stretching a point of light into a line.
Oplens can customize special-shaped mirrors of different materials according to customer requirements.
