A plano-concave lens is a lens that has a flat surface on one side and a concave surface on the other side. The focal length of a plane-concave lens is negative, allowing the beam to diverge. Therefore, it can be used in optical system for beam expansion, light projection or to increase focal length.
Oplens can not only customize the plano-concave lens with common materials of N-BK7 (Shott) and fused silica, but also customize the plano-concave lens of any glass material.
